Fix & Flip

For fix and flip investors, quick access to financing is incredibly important. Mansa Capital funding fix and flip loan program provides the funding that borrowers need to purchase and rehab a property, with the speed and flexibility you deserve.

Rental Loans

We will be your long term financing partner, helping you build a rental portfolio. We can do single or blanket portfolio loans with a DSCR as low as 1.00, rates as low as 5.5% Interest only, 30 year fixed.

Ground Up Construction

We help builders, developers, & investors finance new construction projects for single family or multi family property types.

CRE Bridge

We offer short term bridge loans for residential and commercial property types up to 24-36 months. Whether you are doing value add or renovation, we look at all make sense deals up to $10 Million.

Transactional Financing

We help you finance deals on a super short term basis to help you flip or wholesale a property to another buyer, usually within days of a purchase transaction.

SBA Financing

We can help you get approved for a SBA 7a or 504 loan, the application is lengthy, but the savings are great. Terms range up to 25 years. We work with over 20 SBA lenders.
